feedback thus far (organization for my own sanity) :
-the fact that some of the compartments are spray painted may not be a bad thing but it stops the eye (try dipping in paint instead)
-looks like it was only painted once/paint outside edges and on glass...is this important?
-try using screws instead of nails or liquid nails and clamps/ nails showing is a problem
-find way to support it from back to keep it from falling over (blocks of wood...multiple nails)
-use different ways to attach shelves (door hinges, etc.)
-it looks as if it is stable out of necessity but does it need to be visually stable (try hanging things as well)
-"is your work theatrical?" look at theater set designs
-manufactured labels are good. do they all have to look the same? is the uniformity in repetition important?
-the repeated act of stuffing fabric into things (in previous and current works) seems like something important is supposed to be taking place but you havn't figured it out yet...
-what are memories? are they fast/slow/tiny/etc.? (read BOLTANSKI)
-SELL YOUR WORK IN 3 SENTENCES.
-WHY ARE YOU COLLECTING?
